Tea & Acupuncture play an essential part in Chinese medicine. Together they can be used to rebalance and envigorate the human body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the season of Spring time is represented by wood, one of the five elements, which is associated with the characteristics of: cleansing, direction and harmony.

This workshop will give you an introduction into the workings of the 5 elements and their impact on the body during this time of new beginnings. Learn how acupuncture can be used to help unblock energies and bring your Qi back into flow. Join Japanese acupuncturist Kensei Doujima and tea expert Anne Pawlak for a practical selfcare workshop to find out how you can hack your daily routine to promote your physical and mental wellbeing.

About Kensei Doujima

Kensei is a Japanese acupuncture specialist, speaker, consultant, writer and director. His fascination with body work started when he was 14 years old with the aspiration to be the worlds best body work specialist. The self-taught anatomist started his own acupuncture practise when he turned 21. Since then his fields of expertise in somatic work have been ever increasing. His recent projects have lead him to collaborate with film makers, fashion designers and tattoo artists creating his own fashion product line “sense” and a documentary ‘What is Health’(currently in the making).
