Sunrise Meditation -August–

Let’s absorb the power of the Sun! We wake up super duper early enough to catch the Sunrise and indulge ourselves one hour into silence and stillness.
After a wonderful meditation in the morning of Summer Solstice we decided to repeat it as long as it’s warm outside.
We will meditate by Spree in Treptower Park. Please bring a picnic mat/yoga mat/blanket and drink (and snacks if you need) for your comfort.
SCHEDULE
We meet with our bikes at 5:35 in front of S-Bahnhof Treptower Park on the side that leads to the east. At 4:45 we will ride to our location close to “Insel der Jugend”. We will let you know the exact spot.
