Join us at NION Base for “Mindfulness: The Essential Skill for the Digital Age” workshop with Mounira Latrache and Angel Hernandez from Connected Business, aiming to bring compassion and emotional intelligence into daily business and life interactions.
The 60 minute workshop will consist of a discussion and practice within the topics of Input, Meditation, Journaling and Communication.
The ongoing evolution of digitalization is fundamentally altering the way humans work and relate on a personal level as well as professionally.
In all this, qualities related to human connection, the ability to think and act clearly with integrity, harnessing cognitive and emotional intelligence and the capacity to connect with a role, are becoming increasingly important to reinforce.
In mindfulness lies the key to step integrally and successfully adapt with the times and the challenges ahead.
